    Need some good advice

    Whats up bros?

Maybe some of you know, maybe some dont, so i will catch you all up. I had 2 herniated disks in my back recently, holding me back from working out in the gym. So ive been planning my next cycle...test, eq, fina....and my question is how long after ive healed should i start my cycle? I was thinking a month or two of natural lifting to get back into the swing of things....any help is appreciated!

    regards
    MH

agreed, bump it up for the meds here...but if you have an open relationship with an open minded Md., hit him up and see what s/he thinks...good luck bro and be safe
