after sust/deca???

aight fellas im new to this whole juice thing but me and my roomate are goin to start a cycle of sust and deca within the week. weve been training hard now for the last 5 years and have had wounderful gains naturaly, but were looking to bulk up and add some spice this winter. my question to you guys is...after discontinuation of the cycle, what can we do to increase the retention rate. were goin to get noveldex, but i was woundering if there is anything better and if there is something else that we need to do. and i have to ask this question as well...what do you guys thin the chances of retaining alot of the gains are....ive been eating and training like an animal now and nothing is goin to change afterwards....

noveldex is starting to be the post cycle choice
clomid at 300mg day 1,100mgs days 2-7 and 50mgs days 8-14 3 weeks after last deca /sus injection works great
add hcg for better results
then dbol bridge

dbol bridge is 10-15mg every day dbol-- AM ONLY--- at around 8am. this can be done for a long time and helps keep the gains post cycle
it gives body a little anabolic boost,while helping to maintain muscularity and keeping the pumps. also good positive nitrogen retension.

dont plan to grow doing this,its just to keep gains...it does not shut down hpta(if done am only) as dbol lasts about 4 hrs in system and receptors still clean out as dbol works outside receptors
