I don't think you are getting enough rest between workouts personally. What is your lifting experience? I have tried a lot of combos, and am back to a 3 day split as it seems to work the best. Chest + biceps, shoulders and legs, back and triceps.

I'm thinking your triceps and anterior delts are going to get worked too hard on what you've proposed.
You could try an every-other-day approach. Lift, day off, lift, day off ...
You can use an upper body / lower body split. That gives your muscles 3 days off between workouts. If the upper body day is too much then you have 2 options. One is vary the focus to one muscle group every workout and hit that muscle extra hard. For example hit your chest hard and do the rest of the upper body basics plus a few more sets. Next workout hit shoulders really hard and give the rest of the upper body a standard workout. Next workout hit arms etc. By overloading each muscle group every once in a while like that you make them grow. A second solution is split the upper body into a push / pull split.
I like the upper/lower split every-other-day with the varied focus. It works better for me than anything else. I've tried them all. But that's just me. Most of these big guys would laugh at my routine.
