day1: 5iu's post workout
day2: 5iu's morning
day3: 6iu's post workout

day6: 7iu's morning
day7: stop

that looks good youll love doing slin on my off cycles I hit slin to keep the edge what you anna do is hit your second shot right before you workout though gives you sick pumps. Good tapering up so your body gets used to it though. Be very careful though because you can go into shock very easy. I usally drink a coke and eat a candy bar a few minutes after the shot.
