    pin preference??

    what size needle do you guys prefer for delt shots. 25g 5/8 or 25g 1 in
    i use either

    1 inch for delts 5/8 for bicep and other small muscle groups

    23g for everything..but I never to bi tri shot...just guad, delt and glute

    23 g for everything as well. I usually just buy the 1 and a half inch.
    Just don't stick the needle all the way in if you're shooting bi's delts etc.
    After 1 or 2 cycles you should know just how far to stick the needle in...

    i think he was looking for leanth of the pin not the gauge.
    so yes 1 inch 18 g for delts

    18g / 1.5" - Drawing Pin
    23g / 1.5" - Glutes
    25g / 1.0" - Quads
    25g / 5/8" - Delts, Pecs, Bis, Tris, Calves
    29g / 1/2" - B12 shot.

    I started off with 22gauge one and a half inch and I went all the way in too. That was back when I was a little dummer
    The one inch is starting to hurt a little more each time now and yes I do put it all the way in. I only use delts, and thighs. Tried pecs once, probably do it again soon.
