some advice please

hey fellas.

i need some help here. i started my cycle mon with tren in lf delt and winny in rt delt. then did wed in quads. tom is fri and it is time for the delt again. my ? is my delts are still pretty sore. more the one where i put the winny but both are sore, almost like there is a knot in there. is it ok to shoot in there again or what? i'm going to put some heat on it ton bf bed. please any help i have to shoot tom.

Hey my brotha! Howz u doin? If u want to reduce injections why dont u just drink the winny. IMO theres not much of a difference. Some bros might not agree? I did with good results. The knots are pretty normal after injecting fina. I had them also. Id do ur quads again. I did my whole last cycle injecting my quads and twice my calves. If u need any more help bro let me know.

rotate your injection sites. Use the glutes, quads, delts.
And drink the winny like og said..

IMO .. calves are another good injection site, I was a little nervous the 1st time I attempted them; however, had no probs and it's nice to have another site to use.

Actually H i was injecting the fina 100mgs ed. And ya they hurt like sh@t!!
