I have to agree with bigtime, a lot of guys take too many substances and too high dosages on their first cycle. It is a shame that some guys on here are constantly recommending high dosages. I use moderate dosages of everything and I dwarf most of these guys that give advice to increase amounts.
I have a pretty good workout routine and schedule. I know the training isn't lacking, but maybe the diet could use some work, however it definitely is not bad. I get about 4000 calories a day, mostly from protein and complex carbs. About 250-350 grams of protein a day, 6-7 hours of rest daily, and train very tough about 3 - 4 times a week. I spend a great deal of time working muscles independently, and always push myself hard as possible. -- I don't think its my training, or diet that could limit the gains too much. I'm only in my 5th week though, and no orals, so maybe its just starting to kick in now.
