Leaking out of bottle

I know this is kind of a random question, but when people put their bottles back in their boxes, do you notice that some leaks out and you can see a oil stain on the lid of the box? I mean I have the box standing upright and it shouldn't leak. Any one else have this problem? I HATE to waste gear!

Gear shouldn't be leaking out are you sure it isn't alcohol from where you wiped down the rubber stopper.

Im positive, you think it could be that when i pull my needle out maybe some leaks outta that?

It's very possible .. if you pulled the needle out at an angle with the vial upside down.

see but the thing is, this is my left over prop that i haven't touched in like 4 months, and i looked at it the other day i saw like a oil stain on the flap of the box....

Ive never heard of that before, if its not the alcohol it could just simply be the way you pull out the needle, do what trimunex says and try not to pull it out on a angle...pull it out straight up or down, depending on how your holding the bottle.

when I pull the needle out with the bottle upside down, i notice after I set the bottle on the counter that there is a little bit of oil on the seal. I guess I was holding it at an angle like aragorn said. but I'm with you on the wasting hing, I was like " fuck, I wonder how much test could be in that drop?"

ive had this before also, i think it might just be from some slop on top of the stopper/metal part...no worries.
