Damn the Winny tastes nasty!

Alright, i took 1/2 a cc, 50mg of Winny this morning. I mixed it in with water in a shot glass, and just chugged it down, but DAMN it was VERY bitter! The bitterness stayed in my mouth for almost an hour! But I think I can bare with it each morning (for 30 days at least).

Anways, I also started the T3 today. And so, I woke up, had breakfast and then took the Winny, 25mcg of T3, and 300mg of ALA.

Now my main question is...is it OKAY to take all that at one time each morning???

Also, does it matter when I take them? I will be doing 50mg of Winny EVERY morning, and about 75-100mcg of T3. Should I take the T3 all at once? Or spread it out throughout the day???

i usually hit my winn bf the gym like an hour bf. but it doesn't matter when you take that. i would spread out the ala. i'm not sure about the t3 but if you can o would spread it out. just my op. see what the others have to say

Doesn't it lose so potency when drinking it?

I always drank my winny with 8 oz. grape fruit juice 30 min. prior to working out. Not only does the juice kill that nasty winny taste, but it helps with absorbtion. I believe I read somewhere that grape fruit should be drank with all 17aas for that reason. Got great results with mine.
