Want to do my first cycle...Help please.

I've been lurking for a while...
I'm interested in doing a first cycle of AS,what do I need and how much/often?
I'm 31,6',210 22%bf
I've been working out hard for over a year and have considerable gains but I want more.I have tried several ph's and wasted a ton of money on them.
I am doing creatine,glutamine, and lots of clean food.
I think i can find a semi-relible source who can get the gear but I'm not sure that they know what a good cycle is.They were talking about doing Test only but from what I've read here,that is no good.
Guide me,wise ones.

Well first...What the heck is your goals??

A good intro:

1-10 Equipoise 400mg
1-10 Test Enthanate 600mg or Sustanon 250 500mg

you can add things like dbol @ 40mg a day if you are bulking--weeks 1-4
or Winstrol 50mg a day last 4 weeks if you are cutting

come of with Clomid

I don't know....more size.
I want to add inches to my arms and chest.
I just want to have a GOOD starting cycle,nothing too extreme right now.

who said a test only cycle isn't good?? i would use something to kickstart the cycle like some dbol.

69 is right test only isnt bad. Ive done a Sust only cycle. Worked great for me. gained 20 kept about 15.

So if I were do the Test only,how much?...and would I need the Clomid?...when?

BTW,I have been doing a lot of research on this board but there is a ton of overwhelming info here.Sometimes I get lost in it all.

Well it was my first cycle in about 6 yrs or more and i did only 250mgs of sust a week. yes clomid 3 weeks after last shot.

My first cycle was 200mg a week of Test Cyp. for 10 weeks, Winstrol the last 4 weeks at 50mg every 3 days and Teslac starting week 3 until week 10. Clomid 50mg a day starting week 12 for 3 week. I was really happy with the results. I put on 15 lbs and body fat went from 23% to 16%. I figure I have my whole life to get my body the way I want it so why rush. I would start low doses and see what happens.

Noval on hand in case of signs of gyno appear


Dbol- To give your cycle a good kickstart so it don't become a
mental battle with your gains. Test will take at least 3 weeks
to kick in

Test- broken up into 2 shots per week example MON\Thurs
