i'v got the how long thing down 1.5hrs now how many days while your on cycle, i was thinking two off a week, but my work out partner says if we are on might as well go 6 days cuz you recover faster on juice,:unsure: what do you guys think, I dont realy work too much during the winter, its slow, so i sleep and eat all the time just want to here what you guys think thanx-BOB:lift:
