As many of you know, HCG should be refrigerated. However, to what extent will its effectiveness, if any, be compromised if left "unrefrigerated, i.e., at room temperature after only one day? Feedback? Comments?

It was already mixed right? I think it depends on the temperature it was left out in. I`m going to guess its no good now though.
It's fine.
It will be fine as long as it wasn't outside in 100degree temps.
so is it ok to never refrigerate it as long as it doesn't get over say 80 degrees
NO it is NOT OK to leave hcg out.
You should always refrigerate it as soon as you mix it up together. If left out for 1 day "maybe" it's still good but I would go ahead and use it ASAP as it will probably break down a lot faster than if it had not been left out.
But you should ALWAYS refrigerat hcg when you mix it.
