What is the best spot in calves to inject?

if only I had a digital camera so much easier than trying to explain where I shoot the calf.

#1 stand up and tense your calf
#2 draw an imaginery line from the bottom to the top of the calf and then another one horizontally accross the middle of the top and bottom.
#3 You have now located your center, much the same way you do a bicep injection
#4 Relax the muscle
#5 Stick it in

i cringe at the thought of a calf injecton! with all the nerves in there it has got to be painful. i have wanted to do it but dont have the nerve! how painful is it?

I like hitting the outer head of the calve gives me that sweep that Im looking for I use a 5/8ths pin and bury it

unfortunately primo aint my favourite, in fact its one of my least desirable somewhat close to deca

BigKev, it isnt really painful at all, the only pain I had was when injecting primo into it and that primo must have been 50% BA

i did ONE winny injection in my calf and was limping for 3 weeks...obviously was clueless about the finer art of calf injecting
