what are your goals out of the cycle? To put on some solid muscle?

the sus/deca/dbol seems to be the most popular stack going around right now. lately i've been reading about some guys coming off sus in wk 8 and adding some test prop for the last few weeks. like IG said though, you gotta tell us more about yourself. stats, goals, etc

Proper nutrition and supplementation over the next 2 years should get you up to 17 or 18 inches on the arms, patience is where its at. During this time you will also find out whats hot and whats not. Research is the key
my goals are probably to weigh in at 210
I am probably going to go with the
sus, deka , combo because I heard you lose alot of the dbol
becuz you retain alot of water when your on and when you go off
you lose alot
