    Cutting Cycle w/Dieting Cycling

I have been reading that T3 is best taken during natural supression of metabolism and thus thyroid production - any other way can causes issues from too much of the hormone in the body. The idea is to use it to keep your metabolism from falling so you can effectively restrict calories for cuting. And suppression occurs during a reduce in calories as the body tries to become more effecient at using less calories . This is the reason why microcycle calories works so well too (cheat days and ABCDE type cutting).

So... during T3/ECA, injesting a 1000 caloric defecit from maintenance daily caloric needs would keep metabolism from dropping. Clen cycling weeks at a 500 defecit will keep the body burning but help keep metabolism elevated before switching back to T3.

This is what I may try post cycle to cut up.

    Like this:
    1-7 T3/ECA 1000 calorie deficit
    8-14 Clen 500 calorie deficit
    Repeat

Is this an ideal way to do it?

I would have thought you should eat more cause calories are burned no problem.
