    bicep hurts wtf is it?

    This is weird cause Ill lift and itll feel like i pulled something under my bicep muscle and cant sleep but then when i wake up next day , Im feeling ok..no pain at all . Should I lay off of heavy weights this week and stick to light weights till it goes away or should I just suck it up and drive on with a hard on? My bro told me to rest a week but i dont want to do that cause ill feel like im wasting my supplements so i told him I thought it would be ok to go light till it heals , do you guys think this is ok???

    Instead of resting a full week, how about just taking bi's out of your routine for the week.

    It's your bicep tendon which is inflammated. My friend got the same thing and could not train bi's for 3 months. If you do not let it heal properly, it will get worst, trust me, take a week off of upper body, do legs instead and abs or something...

    I had some tendon problem as well .It was about that 3 months before i was redy to go again and now my arm seems to not be as vascular as my other bicep .really weird ,it was never like that .it never got back to 100%

    definitely take the time off unless it doesnt feel that bad ,listen to your body and use your best judgement .It's better to be off for a week then three months though remember that

    Ranger Buddy i just got over having a bicep tendon problem. My whole fuckin elbow was killing me.My tendon has calcium deposits on it now. I took 2 weeks off it felt 100 % better
    also took anti inflams you know they were Ranger candy :]
    800mgs motrin(bad for liver good for tendon)
    try icing it down for 20 min wait an hour and apply heat try this 3 times aday if you can. Like the other guys said train abs/lowerbody.
    oh one more thing deep tissue massage is awsome for breaking up the crap forming in there ie. calcium

    I liked anti inflam wh9ile I was in Batt. but I think I was addicted to IV's especially after a long ass hump in a ranger style road march=running not walking like the legs..lol. I lifted light tonight and it mildly bothers me but not too bad, thanx fellows

    i just had the same problem 3 weeks ago. seems like since
    i started the winnie! i had to have a friend spot me, when
    it first started, and when i came down with the bench, and
    immediatelly tried to go up, i thought i was dead meat!
    whole arm gave out on me, and i was freakin inbarassed!
    had to take 2 weeks off, and have been very careful!
    still no benching, been using nautilus machines for chest,
    just incase!

    Hey bro do you still run like we used too? I cant even run close to what i used to when i was in Batt. My running has gotten awful.
