I'm just wondering what exactly you take to lower your blood pressure, and does it work? I got kava kava today, and have been reading about biofeedback. It might sound bad, but I need to lower it by wednesday for a doc appt. I've heard about many different types of meds, but I want to hear from some bros who have used them and can report their effectiveness from experience. Also, please include how fast the results showed in the BP tests.
