Im not sure if i have gyno.. there are no lumps under my nipples, but its does look somthing similar to gyno, you know when your nipples get cold they shrink.. well when my shrink they look and feel normal. Im wondering if its just a little fat underneath the nips
assume the worst and treated as gyno... are you on cycle now? or just finished? it would not hurt to take some Nolvadex.... better safe than surgery.... I just finished a cycle and feel a little lump and soreness behind my right nipple....now Im on the hunt.
