hey guys , ok i got a little bit of a problem here.

I had a varicocele which is twisted veins in the scrotum that screws up everything that your testicle does , i had low testosterone from it . long story short , i did a surgery for it and now my test went up high as i can feel it .
i have shitloads of energy , strength , i am building muscle like its nothing without even eating right , my beard is getting fuller every time i shave it , it never grew completely now its growing (yehaa hehe).

The problem is , i dont get the horn as i should get it , i dont feel a lot , its like humm.... aha , being on clomid ! i feel super , but i dont get the horn, at least not easily as i should , i am 22 years old.

I am thinking this may be a SHBG issue or an estrogen issue maybe ?? would that happen cs my test went up fast after the surgery ?? what do you think.

Unless you get bloodwork done to see your total AND free test levels along with estrogen values, there's nothing definitive anybody here can offer... alot of factors could go into explaining libido issues, from psychological to physiological
