    you definatly dont want to run winny during pct or the pct would be useless. you can run winny at 50mgs a day for 4+ weeks and it will make you stronger but only diet and cardio wil cut you up, the winny wont do that

    winny injections under your belly button will help flatten out your stomach though! cardio and diet are the key, the gear wont do all the work for you

    I love all the winny myths, they are endless. Diet will do what you want. Winny will just make you hard/strong. NO winny for pct, very bad idea. Its called POST cycle therapy for a reason. It's after(post) your done taking steroids ....
