DNP and Liquidex? is this ok or needed?

i was wondereing if a can take liquidex to keep the water retention down while on dnp ?? or better yet what shouldnt i take, i read there are some things that are red flagged. i was not clear what though. better safe than sorry. Thanks

No need to take ldex unless you are on some sort of test that is aromatizing.

i would just be using the ldex for the water retention. that wouldnt help?? and what are some examples diuretics, im not real clear on them. sorry if it is a dumb question. thanks

I am planning to stop taking all drugs while on DNP . Just take an appetite suppresant to combat that carb craving.

The bloating will only last until 3 days after you stop. My advice is just to stick it out.

While hardly a diuretic, liquidex won't help much on the dnp , if at all really. With DNP it is better to take as few of other things as you can.

To try to clear it up a little, when I was losing fat on dnp , it seems like the fat that was going away on my stomach was being replaced with water. It's not like water retention when you're on deca that bloats you, it just kind of hangs around for a while until you get off dnp and then slowly comes off. Pretty slick stuff.

ahhh. ok, alright. some other quick questions. should i carb deplete 3 days before i start and then eat a normal balance diet while on? i read this somewhere. also what is pyruvate??? and where can i get it???

I read that manual about carb depleting and stuff, but I decided to eat normal and healthy. You can get pyruvate at your local supplement store. It's supposed to enhance the dnp , but I didn't run that either and got good results.
