    spontanious nose bleeds

    Have any of you guys had been straining while lifting and just had your nose errupt with blood? I suspect this may be a result of running the Test too high.

    I check it often at work (Im a Nurse) with my diastolic always borderline Floating around 90 at times...
    My doc isnt too worried.. Naturally he has no clue bout the juice

    What about your systolic as you know this represents the pressure in the arterial system caused by the heart as blood is being pumped out.

    Yeah its strange but my systolic is usually right on point. I guess im just gonna keep a closer eye on it and cut down on my sodium intake.

    I have some clonidine that I have brought home from work.. When i feel it getting high ill just take a mg or two
