Keeping gains?
What do I need to do to keep gains? Do I still need to keep the same bulk diet or switch things around? and/or what chemicals do I need to run post cycle on the test 500/deca 400 14wk cycle? Igf LR3 help after cycle?

a good diet and exercise will retain gains so long as they are not past your natural potential.

Good diet as in the same good bulk diet? or do I lower the carbs some?

Stay with the same bulk diet and I hope you are planning on running the test 2 weeks longer than the deca . Also, what does your pct look like?

I would through some nolva into the pct mix as I have had great success with running both nolva and clomid. Nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/25/25. Other than that pct looks good, just keep those calories up.

i personally was thinking of using a dbol bridge to keep gains at least until natural test is up, not 100% on it yet thought still reaserching.

you shouldnt be using any aas during pct to fully recover other wise you wouldnt fully recover,i have read about using 5mg of dbol in the morning for a test spike but have seen mixed reviews about it

fair enough just throwing it out there. i have heard of it being used, because dbol does not surpress your test at low does.

on seconed thought it would still slow the recovery phase down, so prob not a good idea.
