This is weird cause Ill lift and itll feel like i pulled something under my bicep muscle and cant sleep but then when i wake up next day , Im feeling ok..no pain at all . Should I lay off of heavy weights this week and stick to light weights till it goes away or should I just suck it up and drive on with a hard on? My bro told me to rest a week but i dont want to do that cause ill feel like im wasting my supplements so i told him I thought it would be ok to go light till it heals , do you guys think this is ok???
