    what are your thoughts on stacking methan 500mg and trenabol 100?

    Primo and Tren with no test isnt a great idea.

    im 30 years old and been training for the past ten years on and of im 17 stone and my bmi is 34 but a bit of chub on the belly does not bother me chest 52 biseps 17 inch iv been advised to use dianabol and trenabol to get some big gains ?

    did they advise you on anti-e's or pct as well..

    youll get big gains but big side effects ,, dont start that until you read up on everything

    told to have novedex 10 days when i finish my course, a guy told me in the gym' he said ill get big gains, what are the side effects ?

    cant seem to get much info on side effects i just wanted to know if any of you guys thing its a good idea to stack them both

    Thats a horrible cycle. Test is the base for ANY cycle IMO.

    Horrible cycle, and horrible advice. With a higher BMI your going to suffer more sides that are cardiovascular related which are not good. Higher BP, Higher HDL and lower LDL levels just to name a couple. And your most likely going to loose your libido, experience depression, mood swings, anxiety issues, sever water retention from the dbol , lethargy, and a great possability of loosing your hair. Now im just throwin all those out to you, and for the most part your going to feel like complete shit on cycle and off as well.

    How is your diet? This is KEY #1.

    lethargy from dbol ? Doesn't it produce a feeling of well being ?

    Dbol and Tren although a very bad choice especially for a beginner, it does make sence simply because both of these compounds directly effect protein synthesis within a body. So if you think u can handle the side effects of tren on top of sides of dbol, plus some real "limp noodle" ( oh and that'll happen very quick due to the fact that they both are gonna kick in within 1st week), go ahead. But as u can see noone and I mean N O O N E liked it here. There's a reason for that B !

    17 stone 5'10 im eating complexed carbs, fish chicken eggs etc veg. about 600g of carbs 400g protein and fat is between 60-90 grams im eating 5000 cals per day and eating every 2 to 3 hours,

    some pics would be good before we start as estrogen sides are increased with extra fat because the aromatase enzyme(which converts testosterone to estrogen) is stored in adipose tissue

    and i meant post everything you eat for a day so we can help critique the foods, timing, etc...

    befor i go to bed i cook 700g of potatoes, that gives me 210g of carbs and cook 300g brown rice 222g carbs. i start gym at 630 am and only have time for 45mins but i find that plenty. so befor i go i will drink 4 egg whits and 1 yolk train 45 mins then big bowl porage (cup full) with skimed milk 4 boild eggs 2 slices brown bread.
    the potatoes and rice i cook the night befor i will eat thro out the day and eating 40g of protein every 2 hours, 9:30 will start with potatoes and 2tin of tuna(not nice) 11:30 or 12:00 ish i will eat rice and chicken brest 1400 potatoes samon and some grapes or appel 16;00 i finish of the rice and protein drink. 1800 drink 4 egg whites with bit of milk. 20;00 cottage cheese small tub and a tin of rice puddin then go to bed. i eat like this sunday till friday night then its my time few tins of lagar mmmmmmmm.

    6:00 drink 4eggwhites 1yolk

    6:30 start 45 min workout

    7:30 cup of oats, 2 slices brown breed, 4 boildeggs

    10:00 200g potatoes protein drink(40g proitein)

    12:00 150g rice 2tins tuna

    14:00 200g potateos ,2 chicken breast, cup of veg

    16:00 150g rice, drink 4 egg whites

    18:00 200g potateos, 100g samon, apple or grapes

    20:00 protein drink, tin rice pudding

    22:00 cottage cheese.

    cut the protein drink, try some steak and sweet potatos or something similar
    22:00 cottage cheese.
    stats on the cottage cheese and how much do you eat?
    i will also drink up 3 ltr of water,
    if you want to really bulk you're gonna need AT LEAST 4000cal per day, that's a normal starting baseline for someone that want to put on as much mass as possible

    as far as the eggs go, you need to figure out how much protein eat egg white has, they average around 4g but some have a little more depending on brand and size

    you should be getting around 50-60g of protein every meal and at least 350-400g per day

    yeah im topping around 5000 cals but finding it hard to get all that protein down. and im finding it hard to digest all the food i feel bloated

    you could try supplementing with injectable b12(raises appetite in some people) and a digestive enzyme like bromelain

    can i get b12 in the uk?

    im thinking about taking dbol and deca . befor i start i just want to know if i have got this right.
    if i take 20ml of dbol in the morning 10ml at lunch and 10ml befor i go to bed every day for six week and 200ml deca every 5 days for 8 weeks dose this sound right?

    bro, you are saying mL, that is volume(mL is 1/1000th of a Liter)

    dbol is mg tabs, which should be taken every 4-6 hours depending on how you want to dose them

    deca should be shot every 3.5days in my opinion

    btw, you should be able to get b12, just search around, it's name is cyanocobalamin
