Hey guys, I am starting my cycle on Sunday, it is
10 weeks Test Enanthate
10 weeks EQ
7 weeks FINA
6 Weeks Winstrol
I have Arimidex, and I have Novla and Bromo on hand
I will be taking Saw Palmetto, Milk Thistle and cranberry during my cycle
my question is about supplements. I usually take creatine on a month on / month off basis and I take glutamine everyday. During my cycle is it worth taking these supplements ? Or should I just forget it ?Thanks bros

Bro...imho you could probably lay off the glutamine>AS make your body totally anti-catabolic, which is the main function of glutamine. I supplement with 20g glutamine a day, but since I've started my cycle I have totally quit taking it...Creatine is an excellent supplement for anybody and everybody from kids to grandmas...and since it's so cheap I decided to keep using it during cycle...in all reality, I don't think it makes much difference while on AS, but hey, why not give it a shot?
Oh yeah, one more thing, if you are taking the Saw Palmetto for prostrate health, you may want to look into Beta Sitosterol instead-it's the functional ingredient of SP..more concentrated...
