well as plain to see ima rookie looking for some guidance. ive gotton some winny thru a friend but not really sure how to use it and how much to use. so im trying to do some homework. Any advice will be greatly apreciated

correct me if im wrong, but shouldnt this be under steroid questions anyway, do some reading under steroid questions for winny or do a search on winny. is it injectable or the tablets?

If you're only gonna take winny, I think that anything under 50mg/day is a waste of time and money. If this is your first cycle you'll probably gain a few pounds om 50mg/day, let say 10lbs take or give a pound. And at the same time you'll lose some bodyfat. My first cycle was on winny 50mg/day and I gained 5kg=11lbs and at the same time I got ride of some bodyfat. But as the guys said. Do a search on winny and you'll fins what you need to know.

if youre doing the winny alone do 100mg/day, but again do the search and you will find plenty of info
