testosterone hitting a peak in your blood?

so why is it that lets say for example a testosterone enanthate cycle, it takes 4 weeks to feel the full effects? is it that within 4 weeks you will noticeably feel different as if it hit you all at once or how does it work?

because of the build up of the amounts in your blood . It hits a certain amount that your

body will respond to and you will feel the difference.
