what's your planned pct?
you should be able to reach your goal with proper diet and training alone, steroids definitely aren't needed to get to 5'10" and 160lbs.

if you train hard and you're 18%, its likely you have a dietary issue. i wouldnt ever consider using steroids in order to lose weight.

i can get to the weight i diet hard to 155 but it is not hard muscle. I took ga winny last time that was it.

you should hit the diet forum first, that will be where your solution comes from. no one here will tell someone they need steroids to reach 5'10" and 160lbs.
