Hello every one. I have a question about my next cycle. This will be my fourth cycle now, shhhh dont tell my woman. I had to take 3 month off the gym after my last cycle do to a shoulder injury I was up to around 215 with about 4%bf and I am just shy of 5'9. I started out at somewhere around 150 pounds 2 years ago. Anyways by taking this time out of the gym and my diet went to hell I have lost a shit load of weight. I am some where in the 170's and feel like a twig. I plan on starting my next cycle in about 2 weeks.
this will be a 12-14 week cycle
3 bottles of QV 300 (eq) 2cc per week
3 Bottles of QV 200 (test) 2-3 cc per week
1 Bottle of Susp. 1 cc EOD for 30 days
I am looking to put the weight back on quickly and eating again. Can anyone suggest anything else or something better. I have been off for 3 months now (juice)
