    Angry Any safe oral steroids?

    Hi guys,

    Been researching oral steriods for novice. They all suck so far. They either dont work too well (Cenbuterol) or have bad side effects (lose hair with Primo tabs, Deca effects with Winny tabs..)..

    Dont evern know how to start with the injectable ones. Dont handle needles too well.. So I wanna start with tabs..

    Is there anything else I missed? I just wanna get in shape (ripped and shredded).... i am 5-11 160 not much fat to burn.. and dont wanna bulk up a lot. I am very afaird to lose my hair, its in the family :-((

    Any advice??

    What's more important.....a head of hair or getting buff? Sometimes you just have to pay the price.....there is gear that doesn't cause balding with proper dosages....keep researching.

    Doesn't really look like you need gear for your goals. Maybe some clen and an eca stack to get shredded with a clean diet. Read up and do some searching, and you'll get there.

    Sorry 'bout that.....didn't see where you said you don't want to bulk up......go with what dizzle said. With a clean diet and cardio I don't see any probs for ya.

    Maybe try anavar . That is one of the safest but very expensive

    safe orals? sure,, celltech!!

    sorry bro but "safe" and "affective oral AS" don't jive...
    but done correctly you can minimize the risk.

    Sounds like you can reach your goals naturally with some research. Work on nutrition #1, then your lifting program #2. We have message boards here for both of these topics, and they are far more important in this game than aas.
    nutrition + rest = 80%
    training = 15%
    aas = 5%
