1 day to cycle, last min question

Hey Guys,

I have questions about arimidex and the dbols that me and my 2 friends are starting tommorow.

1. We are taking 35mg/day of dbol (-7- 5mg tabs). Should we administer them by taking 2 in morning, 3 at noon, 2 at night? We pretty much all workout at night.

2. What time during the day should we take the arimidex? What about non-training days?

for best results take dbol at morining after u wake up and then eat a good meal.

I spread out my Dbol throughout the day since I believe the 1/2 life is only 3-4 hours.

If there's a larger portion taken at any time, I usually save that for a half hour or so before my workout.

Make sure you are taking Milk Thistle or a related liver product. Drink plenty of water.

thanks... all precautionary supps like milk thistle, ala, and cranberry extract will be taken.

what about the arimidex?

Doesnt matter what time of day you take the adex, just take it at the same time everyday.

Aimidex can be taken any time during the day. Dbol should be split up throughout the day for best effect (unless you are using it as a bridge).
