I have read that people gain 30 lbs from a cycle. If that were the case, for me, I would only need 4 cycles to reach 310 lbs of pure muscle!!! Cool!
Unfortunately, I have only gained/kept 3 - 4 lbs of lean muscle on each of my cycles (I've done 2). I must admit, I did gain 15 lbs of water on my cycles.

As you get closer to your genetic limit and farther from your set point gains diminish rapidly. People generally gain quickly on their early cycles and then begin to have gains slow down. I am generally happy with ten pounds a year.
