Is this proviron dosage ok, trhu whole cycle?

What kind of cycle are you doing? 50mg ED is the normal dosage. I know some guys that run the Proviron during and after clomid also.

I am doing sus 500mg/wk
deca 400mg/wk

Proviron is an alkylated oral (although it doesn't have any real anabolic effects). I wouldn't worry about running it for that long as long as no other alkylated orals are in there - which in your case - there aren't.

For that cycle you could get away with as little as 25mg/day or as high as 50mg/day. Start it week 1 though. I'm doing - look at my signature down there - and i'm taking 1 1/2 of the 25mg tabs a day and it's working OK for me. For some people estrogen is good. You don't want to overkill your estrogen conversion unless you're just really prone to gyno in which case you ought not be doing deca .

Proviron has about the same hepata-toxicity as winstrol . I've done 16 weeks of it before. I've seen people stay on it all the time! You'll be fine on that dose for 13 weeks.

This is my first cycle, so I dont know if I am gyno prone!
But I think I am gonna do at least 30mg/day and if gyno occurs I am gonna add nolvadex aswell!
