vial Problem

there are small bits of of the rubber from the top of the vial floating in my gear.... obviously come broken off when going into it.......... any one had this? what should i do?

that happens a lot when people use too large a needle to draw with, especially if it's a large vial. get a fresh sealed sterile vial, transfer your gear through a filter to the new vial, then draw with a 23ga so you don't shred the stopper.
