Do I need Nolva on cycle?

Thanks to Big's advice, I am going to take Arimidex , the stuff by clicking on the blue highlighted arimidex word.

I am not normally prone to gyno, however want to take some just in case....I have heard that 0.25mg a day is enough, is this accurate?

If Gyno does appear, do I just increase the dose, or do I need Nolva in to stop the gyno, or shall I get some letro in just in case?

Another question...If gyno does appear, I assume you stop juicing (twice weekly) until it goes and then raise the arimidex dose?

i think it depends on the dose AND your bodies chemistry . The minimum dose for arimidex is .25 EOD. try that first , if you feel something , increase it to .5 EOD etc ....start low , so you dont get things out of balance by lowering estrogen too much.

from my experience , signs to look for when your estrogen is going high are :

sensitive nips, lumps , hardness, itching nipples
lethargy and fatigue
decreased muscle strength and size
sudden buildup of increased fat around the waist
low self esteem
emotionality
facial flushing and hot flashes
mind fog and inability to concentrate
lack of manly drive
not feeling pumped up while on cycle
depression
irritability
no motivation to do anything
difficulity sleeping

If your going to take adex throught your cycle and you think you aren't gyno prone then .25 EOD.
If symptoms do arise then up the dose .50 - 1mg ED.
Nolva should always be kept on hand, but you will have this anyway for your PCT.
Letro? Well your'e not normally gyno prone so not really necessary.
No you don't need to stop your cycle providing you have prepared well for it.

I can get my Nolva quickly so will wait until around 8 weeks in, so will prob do the Arimidex and get Letro in case Gyno appears. I can get Letro dead cheap, so will get some in just in case.

if doing arimidex 0.25mg eod .. can I add nolva 10mg ed .. or will it inhibit/counter the effects of each other???

humm.... some people say its not good to take them together. try and see for yourself i say.

i dont see why wouldn't you take them together , if anyone has an input and explanation please tell us.
