    Best time to take Anavar

    Group,

    When is the optimal time to take Anavar ?

    1. First thing in the AM pre/post cardio?
    2. On an empty stomach or with food?

    Or...does it matter?

    It doesn't matter as long as you keep a 24 hrs interval.

    I try to take whatever my daily dose/per 24hrs and divide the dosage into preferably 3 seperate intervals. With var I usually do 10mg breakfast, lunch, and you guessed it...dinner.
