    very first cycle

    I do not plan to start my first cycle for another year or so, i am 19 and have a good it of fat to get rid of.

    Anyway, lets say i get my body fat percentage down to 12% or in some descent range to start a cycle, what would you guys recommend for my first steroid /steroids , pct, etc. Everything i would need to know.

    No one is going to answer those questions.

    Why don't you try researching / reading. There are a million forums on ALL those topics.

    I'll give you a push in the right direction: research Test - Enan, or Test - Cyp. (ONLY TWO OPTIONS, IF IT'S YOUR FIRST CYCLE.)

    If your not going to cycle for a year then spend that year here making friends and reading as much as possible...

    i absolutly agree and thats what i plan on doing, just seeing if anybody would reccommend a firs cycle. Tried and true.

    what the hell? i JUST recommended 2 separate esters you could use for your cycle. Read my last post..

    well right now i am 5'-6", 194, 32% bf (>..< believe me i know), been lifting for almost 3 years.

    Diet is relativly clean, but i am an easy gainer!!

    3 egg whites 1 egg and 1/2 cup of oats for breakfast
    Protien shake for snack
    Chiecken and brown rice for lunch
    Protein drink for snack again
    gym
    post work out protein drink and bannanna
    chicken, broccoli, and brown rice or sweet potatoe for dinner
    usually protein drink before bed

    every 2 hours
    dont like sweets, forget dessert, like clean foods

    Ok. Here's the thing.. I don't want to sound condescending but the diet is terrible.

    You want to be cutting fat right?! therefore you have to modify your diet. Check out the diet section. There are excellent, detailed forums on how to lose weight effectively.. How to make your body burn fat instead of carbs, etc.

    don't cycle with 32% BF. you will put yourself in risk of serious health issues. you gotta bring it down naturally to around 14% before you can think about steroids . sorry buddy, hate to be the bearer of bad news.
