    How often should you max out??

    How often should you max out on Bench? Right now I'm doing it once a week just because I love the gains I'm getting from fina but I know it's probablt not good. No pain yet!!!

    I max out once a month. The last chest workout.

    I used to max out every week and never got any injuries, but decided it wasn't needed.

    im with juice addicted every 6 weeks or so ill max out on all my my exercises through out the week. i also used to max out weekly BUT i found i got better size gains maxing out less often

    i dont max out much bro, it can lead to some really serious injuries and are not fun to recover from, trust me bro, once every 6-7 weeks as the bros stated.

    Barely ever, maybe once at the beginning of your cycle and once towards the end.
