    Talking Another new bench max...I love this FINA

    Just put 395 up. I'm weighing 199 now. That's 30lbs on my max in 3 weeks!!!! Just finished my 3rd week on Fina, 75mg/ed

    is that finaplex from tko. Are you taking anything with it. Does the fina have to be refrigerated.

    Just curious Rugby if you are talking reps or a 1 rep max....

    I know your a strong bro, but if you're going for your 1 rep max ever week you better be prepared for injury...

    I torn up my rotator cuff back in the day from doing heavy triples every workout... Needless to say I say the triples now for once every 3 weeks...

    I'm making my own fina and no I'm not taking anything with it. I'm taking 75mg/ed

    No that's my one rep max. I know I shouldn't max out that much I'm just loving the fina.....Buff, how often is safe to max out in your opinion?

    wow dude congrads. Fina is indeed something really wonderful for strength gains but the LBM gains arent that impressive.

    Well I gained about 15lbs on my first 4 week cycle. I'm now only starting week 4 of my next 8 week cycle and I've already gained an additional 8lbs. That's pretty solid if you ask me!!!
