Hi just about to start on oxys tablets, dont no anything about them, full name? side effect's? what results to expect? all help welcome thanks.

they have been recommended!! im taking tren , sust, and then add the oxys. im 27. 5"10 13stone, 13% body fat. 1 year training

Bro you should have done some research before you started.. When you say 1 oxy a day I'm guessing it's oxymetholone (anadrol ) which is probably 50mg, 10 weeks of that is way to liver toxic, I wouldn't run it for more than 5 weeks, you shouldn't run the tren over 8 weeks and what kind of tren is it, and for the sustanon .. Well sustanon should be shot a minimum of E3D IMO, that way you get to fully use all the esters in sustanon

If you're completely new you should definately not be taking AAS espcially Tren ... You need to do research and read before you harm yourself anymore

thanks dont no what aas means? i have mates down the gym that have been doing this for many years, i started on sus and deca , then moved to deca and andropen , now sust and tren , they say it will be good and ok for me?

thats a link to the PCT section, start reading all the sticky threads.. So far you're on your 3rd cycle and you have yet to do PCT, not a lost cause.. But definately needs research

ok so your success at this endeavor will be based on several things: Your diet , your workout , your discpline, your rest , your cycle (proper one based on experinece and goals etc) with proper dosages ,administration schedule (injection frequency) , your pct (post cycle therapy -which will help return body to its natural function re hormone production) also essential in helping to retain gains...
Every one of the above factors is equally inportant to your success....
First go to profiles section ...read profiles of steroids you are using...pay attention to injection frequency,dosage etc....
Read stickies and get an understanding of setting up a proper cycle...
read pct section and get an idea of a good pct and what it is....it is essential..
use the diet forum and make sure diet is in order...
use the training forum and get feedback re: your workout routine...
then post proposed cycle here with pct ....and we can helo u tweak it...
sound like alot of work??? well its worth it if u wanna do this right and its nothing compared to the work and discipline required to successfully accomplish your goals...with or without AAS (anabolic androgenic steroids)
if u arent willing to do this work and be disciplined enough up front imo you would be wasting your time and money doing a cycle anyway...JMO
