    Question cycle help!

    I'm looking to start my second cycle. Last one being 7 years ago. I was considering going on avavar @ 80mg per day for 12 weeks as well as equipoise @400mg for 12 weeks. Edited-fishing
    Id like to lean out. Get more vascular and I was curious if this would be a good choice.
    My stats are 27yrs old
    6ft 235lbs at 18%bf. My muscles are large and lean from my waist down. Arms and shoulders. Just my chest and stomach I tend to store my fat. 36inch waist.
    My workout consists of 6 days a week
    Chest
    Shoulders and bi's
    Back and tri's
    Legs
    Chest
    Off
    Shoulders and bi's
    With 30 to 45 min of cardio at least 3 times a week.
    My diet consists of
    55grams of protien and 30 grams of quick carbs upon waking
    Chicken and greens
    50mg protien shake
    Chicken and greens
    20mg protien shake pre-workout
    55mg protien shake and 30 quick carbs post workout (730pm)
    24grams protien 24 grams casien for bed.

    I take all my bccaa's vitamin, purple wrath, animal, creatine.
    Yes the fat is just stubborn for me.

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appricated. Also pct help.

    Test only would be a much better choice.

    Test only?? I want solid gains with bf reduction. Not major weight gain and heavy water retention. Unless I'm not understanding all this stuff. Id think test would be the thing I shouldn't use

    you need another rest day IMO

    too many shakes, more solid food, only shake should be PWO

    have you considered clen /albuterol/eca?

    I haven't been able to come across clen .or id be on that one too. Eca I take it minus the asprin currently.

    Oh throw one more meal in there befre pre workout shake. Forgot to add it. Usually turkey sandehich on wheat or steak by itself.

    12 weeks of anavar at 80 mgs isnt that going to be alittle rough on the liver

    Perhaps... that's why I'm here for all the opinions I can get prior. How long should anavar be ran

    wow thats it huh. but what do u think about it with equipoise for leaning out.

    I know I need more food. But my work brreaks don't give me the time to eat. Hencre all the shakes. 20second meals.

    Bro the test for 12 weeks will probably reduce your bodyfat and youll make great gains

    the gains of of EQ are minimal and have fun with a limp peepee
