You don't need that crap. I think its just a rip. You can put on a tremendous amount of muscle naturally if you go with a bulking diet and base your routine on heavy squats and deadlifts. If you want to spend money buy the book "SUPER SQUATS How to Gain 30 Pounds of Muscle in 6 Weeks"
