What would happen if....

I was at the gym (not working out, still recovering) doing some light cardio work and a few pushups and pullups when a buddy of mine asked for a spot. I spotted him and while we were talking, he asked what I thought about him taking D-Bol, just two 5mg Pills ONCE before a workout. He's never done any AS before and said that his brother had a few lying around his room, and he wanted to try it out for ONE day. I really had nothing to say to him because I don't know what would happen? He decided not too, and I advised him not too, but it left me thinking....
What would happen?

No increase in the pump? Or slight strength?
