Novice cycles

would like input on suggested novice cycles listed on A.R
Seems pretty logical to me or are they a little light?

Isn't it like Deca 200mg for like 8 weeks,and dbol 20mg or something for 4??

the ones I was interested in were as follows.
Deca 400mg/wk x 8 and Sust. 250mg/wk 1st 4 weeks
clomid 100mg/d wk 7 and 50mg/d week 8

sustanon 500mg/wk x 8
D/bol 25 mg/day x 8 week
Same taper with clomid

Still a virgin and dont want to saturate receptors too quickly..
I know would probably take a while, but I believe slow and steady is the key..

A good solid novice cycle looks like this

1-8
500mg Sus
400mg Deca

1-4
D-Bol 25-30mg ED

10,11,12
Clomid
100mg Day 1, 100mg for ten Days, 50mg for ten days.

800-1000mg Milk Thistle ED 1 week before and after D-Bol.

No need to taper oil based gear as the esters make them self-tapering, IMO don't need to taper orals up to you.

Milk Thistle is Silymarin and can be found in most health stores.

Alright, with the D-bol, how should I take it throughout the day? With meals right? I was reading some other posts about gyno with Deca and some of the other test products. Do I need to throw any anti-e's in? One more question, I have no problem injecting, but should I do it on the same day(With the sus and Dec)? I know I need to use different spots for each, and need to rotate the sites. Sorry for being a pain in the ass, but knowledge is power. In case, lemme refresh my cycle. Thanks fellas.
