Bro's i need some diet help. Does anyone know of a place online where i can find a really good diet plan. My bf% is somewhere around 20-25. I want to drop it by half before i do any gear. Or if anyone has a good diet they can drop me that would be better. Also about doing cardio, is it better to do 3-4 days a week for more time, or do it every day for less time.
