I have a friend who recommended 3 weeks on 2 weeks off then another 2 weeks...And another recommended 5 weeks streight @ 30mg ED...What do you guys think?
I will also be running Enanthate 500mg/week + EQ 400mg/week...

It all depends on the person and past cycle history IMO. Personally, I think 4, maybe 5 weeks is adequate. What have your past Dbol dosages been like?
I think 5 weeks max. Dbol for me, looses its punch after week 4 anyway, so no point in straining the liver more than its worth it.
Dbol - Week 1-4 (30mg/day)
Enth - Week 1-10 (400mg/week)
Eq - Week 1-10 (400mg/week)
I would think that 4 weeks is the norm and 6 weeks is the max you would want to run dbol straight. Some have run it as long as 8 weeks but it's not recommended and is definately too hard on the liver. I also think that a break of, at least, 4 weeks between oral 17aa's is needed to give the liver a well deserved rest and take some of the added stress off of it.

I agree with this definately.
Especially when doing 2 orals in the same cycle, I think you should follow the time on=time off rule. Do your dbols from wk1-4, but then keep clean from orals untill a Winny start at wk9. That way your liver has that 4wk break before you start piling on the stress again.
