Time on = Time off
at the minimum is 4 weeks but i recommend 6 weeks for yoru receptors!
That's the rule of thumb. I also believ in waiting as long as possible between cycles to let your receptors recover. I usually only do maybe 2 cycles a year if I can.Quote:

Yeah, but do you include the 6-7 weeks after your shots that it takes for clomid therapy in that "time on = time off" theory?

Include your time on clomid as time on.
