I am trying circuit training as way to ease myself into HIT training again or perhaps a moderate to heavy volume routine with a few extra reps than the HIT/Mentzer way....

Anyways - I have access to machines for any body part including pulleys and hammer strength equip. Last time i did circ. training was high school (30 sec rest, 30 sec full on with a light/moderate weight - station to station) This was back in the mid 80's. We worked all of our core body parts along with arms, calves and shoulders - 3 times a week.

Any input on different types of C.T. would be a big help as I have become one out of shape bastard
