pre-existing lump in nipple!

What if an individual already has a hard lump under one of their nipples from puberty, but while in their cycle has no irratation of the nipple, can the lump grow larger if their is no irratation of the nipple?
My left nipple is like this, it has been like that long before any cycle I'v used! Is it gyno from puberty? or are their any other explanations for hardened tissue under the nipples?
So far, it remains the same size as always, I dropped my A-bombs too, so that will help not to get it larger, I on two shots of sustanon a week, running 10mg's of tamoxifen daily. Please anyone their opinions

If you got gyno from puberty, that means you are prone to gyno, so you should keep the anti-e's and nolva handy. A hardened lump that hasn't grown in years could be a benign tumor, but its probably gyno. I don't know what you mean by irratation of the nipple. You get gyno from a hormone imbalance. If you've done several cycles and you haven't felt any itching or pain it the breast area or nipple yo should be OK to go. Gyno doesn't just develope in the nipple, it also developes breast tissue.

Thanks for your imput Mastiff, I will continue my tamoxifen at 10mgs throughout the rest of my cycle. I haven't felt any pain yet, so far I'm good to go. If anyone else has something to throw in I'm all ears, you guys are really are a help.
thanx. What are the odds at getting gyno running 500mg's of sust a week and 10mgs of tamoxifen/nolva a week, the sust is split up to two shots a week, 250mg's one day, and 4 days later the other 250.

I would have that lump checked out by a doctor. I don't want to be an alarmist but there are worse things then gyno and that could be a tumor or cancerous in some way. Better to be safe on something like this.
